Chevron Phillips: Cause of fire at Port Arthur refinery has not - 12 News KBMT and K-JAC. News, Weather and Sports for SE Texas: "Two people were injured at the Chevron Phillips refinery in Port Arthur Monday after a fire broke out.  A company official said that the fire was reported at about 8 p.m.

Chevron Phillips is at West Gulfway Drive, near Highway 82 in Port Arthur."
