Defense Secretary Robert Gates: Closing Guantanamo Bay prison a 'priority'

"I think it is possible to close it. It should be a high priority," Gates said of the Guantanamo facility inCuba. But he noted closing the maximum security jail would require cooperation from Congress, which is now solidly in Democratic hands.
