Obama ties failed plane attack to al Qaeda

<p>This is the pivot; if the Administration can get the upper hand on this issue and go after al Qaeda aggressively then when there is an attack they can say it is because of what the Administration is doing in Yemen, Afghan, and Somalia. If they don’t use this as a pivot point the Republicans will use the next attack as the Administration not keeping America safe.</p>
