Snowden, 29, is reportedly being charged with espionage, theft and conversion of government property after disclosing information about top-secret surveillance activities at the agency. The information was subsequently reported in the newspapers the Guardian and the Washington Post. The complaint was reportedly filed in Virginia, where Snowden's then-employer and NSA contractor Booz Allen Hamilton Inc. is headquartered."
