Republicans want cheap wages 1

So some time last week I got the BLACK HELICOPTER award  from GOS (Grumpy_old_soldier) for stating that Republicans typically lean towards cheaper wages with a pro-business pose.  I noted that because of this position Republicans are against raising wages, noting opposition to any increase or fairness to wages.  This, historically, is a Conservative position from the South and their opposition to organize farmers or from the time of the Robber Barons and their opposition to better work standards and their opposition to paying the Irish fair wages.
