Recovery Project for Wounded Warriors Now Complete: "The first of two new facilities being built with Recovery funds for wounded U.S troops returning from Iraq and Afghanistan has opened. Department of Defense officials held a ribbon-cutting ceremony on June 8 for the new “Warriors in Transition Barracks” at Fort Bliss, Texas."
