China had a “carefully thought out and strategic plan to take over America” O’Donnell said during a 2006 Senate primary debate, the Associated Press reports.
When one of her opponents suggested that her theory was unfounded because the United States and China are economically interdependent, O’Donnell shot back: “That doesn't work.”
“There's much I want to say,” O’Donnell declared. “I wish I wasn't privy to some of the classified information that I am privy to.”"
