Warrant is issued for suspect | POLITICO 44: "The suspect, Oscar Ramiro Ortega, 21, is charged with carrying a dangerous weapon in connection with the episode, which the police say involved shots being fired on Constitution Avenue near an entrance to a Secret Service-guarded parking area used by White House staff members. The vehicles involved in the shooting sped west, before one was abandoned at 23rd and Constitution with an AK-47 inside, the police said.
Photos released by the Park Police show a large, cursive “Israel” tattoo on Ortega’s neck. He’s also reported to have a rosary tattoo on his chest."
