This is my first post about 2016.  I am a full believer in Sec. Clinton running and winning in 2016.  Historic!

I'll give more on how she's setting up up her campaign, and why she is leaving the Administration later this year.

• One, she needs to rest - she is the most traveled Secretary in the US.
• Two, she needs to travel the US to raise campaign cash.  Initially she'll get commitments from the disgruntled Democratic supporters, and then she'll start with a war chest that will unnerve other Dem challengers and with the new majority (Women, Blue-collard Whites, and Ethnics) it will force the Republicans to reach for a woman or ethnic (Gov Haley?), like Rubio.
